GAS SOLENOID VALVE CONTROL PANELS AND VENTILATION SYSTEMS

Omega Electrical Services can offer a range of control systems to comply with BS6173.
In the event of ventilation falling below the required minimum level, the
gas supply to the kitchen must be automatically shut off

The control panels are designed to provide a kitchen ventilation controls package for all kitchen extract fans, and if required kitchen supply fans, that in the event of ventilation failure the kitchen gas supply is automatically shut off.

The control panels are manufactured from mild steel, finished in RAL7032 with an IP66 rating, with the following features as standard.

Power On Indicator
System Healthy Indicator
System Fault Indicator
On/Off Selector Switches For Fans
Door Interlocked Main Isolator
Power Terminals For Fans And Gas Valve
Control Terminals For Panic Shutdown Buttons
Control Terminals For Link To Fire Alarm Panels

A wide range of indicators and control buttons can be added to the standard control panel, of which details are available on request.

We can also offer to install the complete kitchen ventilation system including the electrical installation, tested and commissioned that will be in accordance with BS7671, the requirements for electrical installations (IEE Wiring Regulations),along with cooker hoods, extract/supply fans and ductwork to DW144 and DW171.
